How to order?

Dear friends and shoppers,

LGR strongly advise that you read through all our terms and conditions before purchasing the items and abide by them to prevent any problems that may arise in future.

1) Goods will arrive in 4-7 working days after you have received a final confirmation email from LGR. Buyers' patience regarding the delay in production would be greatly appreciated.
2) All goods will be checked for defects by the seller before mailing.
3) All goods sold are non-refundable/exchangable.
4) We are not responsible for lost mails for all orders by normal postage.
5) Full amount must be paid for each order made so as to prevent prank orders.
6) Please allow 2-3cm discrepancies for the measurements stated due to different production batches/ways of measurement.
7) Colours may differ slightly due to monitor's resolution.

The Sales Procedure

Simply indicate the item (name and quantity) you like in an email to LGR [love.go.round@gmail.com], and we will reply if the item is still available within 2 working days.

LOCAL POSTAGE:
LGR sends all goods FREE of charge by normal postage
Additional $2.50 for registered mail.
**Pls take note that postage charges are not fixed and varies according to the weight of your item.

Upon confirmation of fund transfer, LGR will send a final email to inform the date we send out the goods.
